Power Rotor Rake
The Mumby tractor mounted Power Rotor Rakes are the ideal finishing tool to accurately level and rake off cultivated areas i.e., sports pitches – golf fairways – turf fields – amenity areas etc.
The rotating tine rotor augers unwanted stones and debris to the side via the hydraulic bi-angling of the rotor frame – known as windrowing – leaving a clean raked surface approaching a hand rake finish. Ideal for seeding and turfing preparation works, the long life welded high quality rotor teeth are maintenance free, making the stone rake a contractor’s tool. Manufactured in a range of sizes for tractors 35-100hp.

Working Principle
The Mumby Power rakes are all equipped with a special tine rotor which contra rotates and by hydraulic angling the rotor frame, unwanted stones and debris (down to 20mm in size) can be windrowed to the side and by continuing to move the ridge of material over on the following passes, large areas can be raked off – An optional rake tine bar increases productivity by pre-raking and a very accurate rake tine depth can be achieved by the adjustable rear castor wheels – ideal when working on high quality sports pitches for final grooming of the surface prior to seeding.
